Returns and Refunds

Please read the following return and refund terms and conditions before you make a purchase:

1. As long as the product has not yet been sent, you may cancel the order and receive a refund at any time. Please clearly inform us of your decision to cancel your order by e-mailing us at [email protected].

2. For orders that have already been delivered, returns or refunds are only possible if the purchased product key has not yet been redeemed, as the digital product key can only be redeemed once. Once the product key has been successfully redeemed on the relevant activation platform, it cannot be returned or refunded.

3. If the customer has purchased the wrong product or no longer needs the product, we can refund and take back the key within 7 days (from the date of purchase), provided that the product key has not yet been redeemed.

4. For problems with the product itself, e.g. the key is invalid or has been redeemed, please be sure to contact us via email within 7 days (from the date of purchase) of receipt of the product and provide proof of the issue. After checking the problem, we will send a replacement key.

5. If you have purchased more than one product in one order and request a refund for one of the products in that order, you will receive a refund for the corresponding part of the order after contacting us to confirm that the refund requirements are met.

6. For orders requiring a refund, we will endeavor to use the payment method you used in the original transaction, unless that payment method does not offer a direct refund, in which case we will contact you to obtain information about alternative refund methods. Under no circumstances will we charge you a processing fee for a refund.

7. For orders delivered more than 30 days (!) we reserve the right to refuse your request for a refund. A refund or replacement request will be denied if you decline assistance from our support team. We hope you understand.
